it's a litte much

While corporations are setting the agenda on issues in our Congress and courts, We the People are not; for we can never speak as loudly with our own voices as corporations can with the unlimited amplification of money.

Is corporate personhood giving too much to those with so much already?

plus, the constitution and bill of rights was by and for the CITIZENS of the United States of America...yet by allowing corporations to have these rights, we are passing these rights to people who are not citizens of our country because they are shareholders to an American corporation. I never really thought about it like this before today. I used to think it was a good idea to allow corporations to have more power because I thought it would make us a more wealthy and powerful country. In fact, all it does is dilute what we are as individuals.
